If you have any special requests or needs regarding your upcoming visit, please contact the appropriate department listed below at least 10 business days prior to your visit.

  • Need a Spanish-language interpreter? Please email espanol@rcnevents.com.
  • Require an American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter? Complete the ASL Interpreter request form. 
    • If you have any questions about services provided by the Accessiblity Resource Center, please call 409-880-8347 or email arc.cadh@rcnevents.com.

Advanced Notice Policy: Requests should be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event. Requests submitted with less than 10 business days of notice will be reviewed; however, we cannot guarantee services will be available.
